Franco Germani brings more than 36 years of experience in construction management, quantity surveying, estimating, planning and costing to RIB Candy Assist.
His experience goes well beyond knowing how to use the software. Franco understands the commercial and operational realities behind the numbers — how estimates are built, how resources affect cost, how programmes influence project performance and how better information supports better decisions.
Over the years, he has worked across estimating, commercial management, project planning and construction management, while developing extensive practical experience in the implementation and use of RIB Candy and BuildSmart.
From software to real construction work
Franco’s approach is based on applying RIB Candy to the way construction businesses actually operate.
